How can I find my ring size?

You can review the last image in our lists to calculate the ring size. Please refer to this ring size chart to determine your best fit. The best and safest way to measure your finger is to stop by a local jeweler.

Will I pay a tax for my order?

Our products are sent from Turkey. Buyers are responsible for taxes in their own country.

Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?

You can let us know what you want written in the gift card during check out a the " Special Instructions to the Seller" box.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

All of our jewelry is handmade in Istanbul - Grand Bazaar with high quality and care. As every piece is made to order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before submitting your order. If you need to meet a specific deadline or need expedited shipping, we can accommodate your request. Please email us at customercare@aymirjewelry.com.

Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address after placing the order?

You may request a cancellation within 24 hour of purchase. An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly at customercare@aymirjewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.

International Taxes & Duties

You may be required to pay VAT/Import fee before your package is delivered. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

The production process of our products is 3 - 7 working days on average. We use free UPS Express shipping. After your order is shipped, it will reach you within 2 - 4 working days for USA, 2-3 working days for EU and 5-10 working days for Australia New Zealand.

Where is my order? I don't see any movement in my order when I track it.

UPS takes about 1-2 days to update tracking initially. If you are having issues with tracking your order, please email customercare@aymirjewelry.com and we can try to help you out to the best of our knowledge.

What if my order gets lost?

Please contact us immediately at customercare@aymirjewelry.com if you believe that your package was lost in transit. We will try our best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment, we will replace your order free of charge (US Customers Only).

Please note that Aymir Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

For the safety of your package, we are unable to deliver to PO box.

Processing time

All Aymir Jewelry styles are carefully handmade to order. Since each piece is made-to-order, we ask that you allow 7-10 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery, and ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:·

Custom or personalized orders · Full Eternity Bands · Items on Sale · Items purchased during Sales Events

Conditions of Return Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.

What happens if I'm passed the 14 Day Return/Exchange time frame?

Returns after the 14-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date.

How should I return my Order?

Please contact us before making a return or exchange. For your protection, please pack your returns in the original box, return your order with an insured trackable courier & retain your receipt. Ferko’s Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.

Conditions of Return

All purchases must be returned in the same condition as you received it. Used / Damaged / Scratched Items are not returnable for a refund. All returns must be sent back with the same packaging as it was received.

Am I able to return anything I purchase from your website?

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for: Eternity Bands made to order - Custom Jewelry - Custom Order

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item(s). This email will also confirm that your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 days for this process.

Who pays for the Shipping on Returns or Exchanges?

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging.  Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping for both ways (to us and from us) on Exchanges and Resizes.

How can I figure out my ring size?

Ordering a ring can be tricky if you aren’t sure about your ring size. While a jeweler can give you the most precise measurement, there are also ways you can measure your finger at home. Please refer to the Ring Size Guide.

What if my ring/purchase does not fit?

We are happy to resize any product you purchase from us for 1 time free of charge. (Shipping charges, taxes, and extra charges are the responsibility of the customer) Some items, such as Infinity Rings, cannot be resized. Or you can get support from a local jeweler.
