To keep your jewelry looking brand new, remember these simple tips:

• For thorough cleaning, use a combination of warm water and mild dish detergent - gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
  
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives coming in contact with your jewelry: hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, etc.; exposure will dull the shine of precious metals over time.
  
• Remove jewelry before physical activity and store it carefully.

Shipping: Handmade to order and shipped within 3–5 business days with free express shipping (FedEx or UPS). Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after purchase.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Engraved items and custom design orders can't be returned.

United States: Yes. Duties and import taxes are included, so you won't pay anything extra on delivery.

All other countries: Import duties, VAT/GST and other local taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.
