Ring Size Guide
Find your ring size in one of three easy ways:
- Measure your finger: Wrap a strip of paper or a string around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. Find that number in the Circumference column below.
- Measure a ring you own: Measure the inside diameter of a ring that fits you well, in millimeters, and find it in the Diameter column.
- Visit a local jeweler: For the most accurate fit, have your finger sized by a jeweler.
Tips: Measure at the end of the day, when your fingers are warm. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How can I find my ring size?
You can find our ring size chart in the last image of each product. For the most accurate fit, we recommend getting measured at a local jeweler.
Will I pay a tax for my order?
United States: Duties and import taxes are included, so you won't pay anything extra on delivery. All other countries: Import duties, VAT/GST and other local taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes! Add your message in the "Order special instructions" box in your cart, or email us after placing your order. We'll handwrite it on a gift card.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Every piece is handmade to order in our workshop in Istanbul. Orders usually ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days after purchase.
Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address after placing the order?
You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Since every piece is made to order, orders can't be cancelled after that. Address changes are possible until your order ships. Email us at customercare@aymirjewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
Shipping
Where is my order? I don't see any movement in my order when I track it.
Tracking may take 1–2 days to update after your order ships. If you have any issues with tracking, email us at customercare@aymirjewelry.com and we'll help.
What if my order gets lost?
If tracking does not show your order as delivered within 30 days of shipment, contact us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier, and once the carrier confirms the loss, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. Packages held or returned because customs duties were not paid are not covered.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
For the safety of your package, we are unable to deliver to PO box.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us first, and ship the item back within this period. See our Refund Policy for full details.
What happens if I'm past the 14-day return window?
We're unable to accept returns after the 14-day return window.
How should I return my Order?
Please email us before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions, shipping options and our return address.
Conditions of Return
Items must be unworn, unused, in the same condition you received them, and returned in their original box and packaging.
Am I able to return anything I purchase from your website?
Most items can be returned. Engraved items and custom design orders can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Choosing a stone, gold color or ring size from our website options does not make an item custom.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund within 2–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to show it.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes on the return are the buyer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping.
